Return & Exchange Policy

At Safeena Rice, customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. We work hard to deliver fresh, premium-quality rice, but if something ever falls short of expectations, we’re here to help.

Change of Mind

Please note that once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or returned simply due to a change of mind. The full value of the order will remain chargeable.

When Returns or Exchanges Apply

Our general policy is no returns or exchanges, but we will gladly make an exception if a product is genuinely not up to our quality standards. A product may qualify if:

  • The rice shows visible quality issues, and

  • The packaging is largely unused and still intact.

Because rice requires basic cooking, taste and texture can vary depending on preparation. This is why we prefer to discuss concerns directly with customers, so we can better understand the issue and ensure your experience with Safeena Rice is always positive.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

If you believe your order qualifies, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at +92 300 8419227. To speed up the process, kindly provide:

  • Your order number,

  • A description of the issue, and

  • Photographs of the product in question.

Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps. If approved, we’ll arrange collection and provide a replacement of the same product.

Important Notes

  • All requests are subject to review, and Safeena Rice reserves the right to decline a return or exchange at any point.

  • Returned goods are carefully inspected to enable us to improve and prevent similar issues in the future.
